Placing an order

We’re thrilled you’re shopping with Skyleek Creations™️! To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, please review our order policy before making a purchase.

📦 1. Placing Your Order

• Orders can be placed directly through our official website at SkyleekCreations.com.
• Upon placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
• Please double-check your shipping and contact information at checkout. Skyleek Creations™️ is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital payment options (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
• Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely—we never store your card information.

• Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. Estimated delivery times will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Skyleek Creations! Each item is handmade with love, and we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.  Processing Time  Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.  Custom orders may require additional time. If so, you’ll be notified via email.  Shipping Rates & Delivery  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.  We currently ship within [insert regions, e.g., the U.S. only, or U.S. & Canada].  Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (depending on your location and chosen shipping method).  Tracking Information  A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.  Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.  Lost or Delayed Packages  Skyleek Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.  If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.  That said, we’re happy to help you troubleshoot—don’t hesitate to reach out! 

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. We cannot be held liable for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & refunds

At Skyleek Creations™️, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be sure to review all product details and descriptions carefully before placing your order.  Exceptions (if applicable): If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@skyleekcreations.com, including photos and your order number. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
